Sims 3 who keeps sending these Achievement?

Does anyone know a way to complete the "Who keeps sending these" achievement without a disk as I have the game on steam? I had read a thread where someone said they used a cheat to complete it but didn't say what cheat and the thread is old so not going to get a response if I ask what one.

It doesn't matter what version of the game you have, you just need to be logged into your EA account from the Sims 3 main menu to earn badges in-game. The badges should be displayed on your page at http://thesims3.com/

After you're logged in, go to My Page > My Badges.
