I'd need further clarification/information from you before I could really give you a satisfactory answer but in all my many years of playing TS3 I've never thought twice about this Sunset Valley townie. She's always just been a background figure I've never paid much attention to as, in my mind, she is quite boring.

She is boring when you play her but interesting stuff can be done with her.

So she is'nt controversial, I just feared she was. Silly me!  ::)
