Carl's Spawning Evenly for Gardening Rares Mod

Hi there!

Prior to the latest update I used Carl's mod to fix the super uneven spawning of rare plants when grafting. Since the newest Python update in the latest patch, all the script mods need updating. I can't track down where Carl posted the original mod or any posts about a possible update for it. Can anyone help me out? Thank you!

It's not a script mod so hopefully not broken by the latest patch, haven't heard if it needs updating or not.
