OK I just downloaded the patch and was looking forward to playing some sims. At first the game would not load at all. I repaired the game and emped the normal cache files. I already removed the mod folder as I know they completely changed things in that area. So no mods and no CC.
That fixed it so the game would load. I got called away so I exited without playing. I reloaded the game wanted to see the new tutorial content so I launched a new game. Found it annoying so I exited back to the main menu and loaded up the game I was playing. Everything was fine except my sim family didn't load. None of them but the cat anyway.
I exited without saving and started a new sim. She didn't load. The place she should have been she wasn't. I have never seen anything like it. I was in the game but I had no sims in the control panel. I am stuck. Anyone have any ideas. Sims minus sims is not very fun.
