That Big Injection vets give to pets for treatment

Anyone else consistently disturbed by this for a non-violent game?

I mean the Vet gets out a massive gaintantic injection the size of of a fist to treat the pet, and the pet screams in horror.

I really wish they did not include this, there can be other ways to treat a pet, oral medication, magical spell, etc,  IDC but not this.

Well, the game does have a few "not-so-funnies". At least for some of us. Like all the types of death which I'm personally not a fan of. Or vampires if you ask some. But I think their rule of thumb is that as long as these things are cartoonish enough then it's okay to bring a little horror and real life into the game. Just to spice it up. Not because they think it's okay to hurt animals.
