Sims City Living outfit not available anymore?

I was trying to make an artsy-looking sim using one of the outfits from City Living, but it's missing. The pants are there, but when I tried to search for the shirt it was completely missing!
I knew the preset sim Diego Lobo wore it, so I went into CAS to see what category it would be under. His outfit shows up on his body, but the shirt is not on the list D:
Is there any way I can get it back? Please help! Thanks.

Might be a career unlock? I think that top is part of the critic career uniform, so it might be that you can’t select it until you get to a certain level in that career.

I was thinking that too, but I remember making a sim a while ago and scrolling past the suit thinking it was too colorful. Also, wouldn't it be available while I was playing as the sim who's wearing it?

You’d think so, but sometimes they cheat with the premade sims’ outfits, like Miko Ojo wearing that beret you’re not supposed to be able to have until you max the critic career. You can’t select her hat even though she’s wearing it, either, and if you take it off, it’s gone forever.

Yep, this jacket definitely unlocks at level 10 of the Art Critic career: Steward of the Arts. It's one of the bonuses for maxing the career.

I found out today while making a female sim that for some reason it's only available by default for women, not male sims. That's probably where I saw it before.
