Col Lector finished with 3 complete collections = 300
and 3 3/4 aspirations = 1.75

Total 300 x 1.75 = 525

I made a couple of mistakes but ended up with a middle of the pack score.  I completed 8 collections, 1 aspiration and 3 components of the 2nd.  800 x 1.35 = 1080.

I find the collections really tricky! My Sim, Lukas, completed 2 collections and 3.5 aspirations, for a total score of 340.

My sim completed six collections, and two and a quarter aspirations.

(6 x 100) = 600
1 + (9 x 0.5) = 1.45
Total = 600 x 1.45 = 870

I have a question about the extra-ageing of newly-created CAS sims.

I have yet to play around with the Get Famous pack and haven't started practicing for this Museum challenge, either.
There's a forum thread about newly-created CAS sims starting out at Day 3 or so instead of at Day 1 of their young adult stage.
If this should happen to my challenge sim, what--if anything--may I do about it?

You cannot play this event with any Get Famous content, so make sure to deactivate it before starting your file. I suppose if you get the age bug the team would allow you to use a cheat to reset your current life stage back to the beginning.

They released a patch that took care of the CAS aging. So it is no longer a problem. Make sure you are patched up.

Thank you both for your quick responses. (I am woefully behind the latest content.)
There's a forum thread where a few have remarked earlier today that extra CAS-aging and cake-ageing remain an issue, so I got worried.
I will be sure to update to the latest patch then disable Get Famous.

I will check with MrsFlynn and Playalot to see they have heard anything about it.

When Wanda Kammer got the call from the Grim Reaper, she'd completed 6 full collections*, 3 aspirations, and 1 part of the  fourth aspiration.

I believe that's 990 points.

I've had a lot of fun with these challenges this year.  I've learned about the game (it has definitely changed the way that I play my "normal" games).  I've definitely got my money's worth out of my Sims purchases. Huge thank you to the Tournament team for putting everything together and keeping it running. 

*There were also some so close, but not quite collections.  But close only counts in horseshoes, hand grenades, and dancing - not in Sims Tournament Challenges.

 6 collections completed and 2 Nature aspirations, with 2 and 3 parts of other two Nature branches. (Still missing J.A. game pack) 13 parts of aspirations: 1.65

Playing the game since launch day, (all EPs and GPs installed actively, except of Get Famous, Jungle A., and Spa day) realyzed on this challenge that Collector's aspiration requires too much micromanagement and a bit grinding. Sul sul all.
