New Guide Section - Relationships

Today I've published the Relationships Guide, a new section to the guide. This thing's a whopper, coming in at 6 pages of content. It's the single largest release I've ever done. Many of you are probably experts in this stuff, but to newbies this will be very helpful in understanding socializing in The Sims 3.

This is an incredible time for me, and I'm very grateful to our members -- especially those of you who have been with us for many months. This project makes me an ever-better guide writer. I'm not saying I'm stellar, but this comes easier to me as I continue to do it. Thank you for being an audience to my profession. I wish you all Happy Holidays.

The article was great Carl.  I am sure, like you said, many newcomers will benefit from this article and probably some of us old timers too.  I caught a couple of things that I had actually forgotten about, so it is a very helpful article.  Great job, as always.  Happy holidays to you and yours.

Fantastic work, Carl!  It's good to know we've got all of that information in one place now. As Saltypaws said, it's full of those little tips I'm always forgetting about, so no doubt us veterans would learn a trick or two (not to mention how awesome it would be for newcomers). I just thought I'd let you know that there's a couple of spelling mistakes.

Firstly on this page: http://www.carls-sims-3-guide.com/relationships/friends.php
One of the headings reads "The Beginnings of a Relationship - Acquantances" where it should be acquaintances.

And another on this page: http://www.carls-sims-3-guide.com/relationships/romance.php
The last sentence of the section "Cheating - Stealing Romance" says "...but they can and will cheat on the other Sim and you can een go so far as to commit full out adultery." I'm fairly certain that it's meant to say 'even'.

One suggestion to add - on the Introduction page (under the Boring section) and the section on traits, Charismatic also allows you to repeat social interactions without boring other sims.
