I aint sayin shes a Gold Digger....

Has anyone fulfilled the Golddigger LTW? I know the ways to kill sims (naturally and by force!) but what is the best way to go about having the Sim see the ghost of their late wealthy spouse?

Well, off the top of my head — without cheats — the simplest way if both Sims are under your control is just to assure that the Golddigger lives longer. That means eating a steady supply of life fruit or Ambrosia while the wealthy spouse does not and would die a natural death.

Or, you know, marry an elder when your Sim is a young adult.

In my opinion, the best way is to drown the sim whilst sitting on a deckchair on the side of the pool. That way, they die AND get their ghost seen at once.

It is kinda weird to watch your spouse die, though.
There is definitely no plug for either the No Photos Legacy or Room Dynasty here. There's a time and a place for plugs, and this is neither.

ElectricMonk, I like the way you think! haha just kidding. No, but thanks for all the ideas. Where do you get the life fruit, or the other thing anyways.

I usually found all my life fruit seeds close around the cemetery and they are classified as "Unknown Seeds". But you have to be level 7 gardener to be able to plant them. And for Ambrosia just look at Carl's walkthrough on how to make it! http://www.carls-sims-3-guide.com/skills/cooking/ambrosia.php

Marrying a rich ghost sim also fufills the wish, funnily enough. Feels a teeny bit like cheating though.

Actually, they are classified as Special Seeds.  They are unknown because a Special Seed can be Life Fruit, Flame Fruit, Deathflower, Money Tree, or Plasma Fruit.

Oh duh, I definitely forgot to add in the word "special". I looked it up in the gardening guide just to make sure I knew which kind it was too! Thanks Pam. :)

So funny, never thought of that!  :D

Anyway, for me the easiest way to find life fruits without cheating is traveling with WA. If you get pangu's axe you can get them in France... and probably somewhere else but I don't remember right now.

They're in one of the pyramids in Egypt too, the one that's out of the way with the oasis in front of it. What's it called, Temple of Life? Pyramid of Water? No Pangu's Axe necessary.
