[BUG] - Seedpacks that should be available - not available

Hey

I have experienced in my game - that my sims who both have been gardening a lot and both are at level 10 in the gardening skill - are not able to buy the seedpacks that are locked for lower level gardening skill.

If it had worked as it was supposed to - they should both be able to get all the seedpacks that are there -
now they can only buy the ones that are never locked.
It happens when I try to buy seedpacks from buy/build mode - I have not tried to buy from the computer -
I did not think about it before now.

I've seen this bug reported only I can't find the link! Least you'll know it's happening in other games so the QA team will know about it.

Add a me too here as well. Here is a work around: Use the bb.ignoregameplayunlocksentitlement cheat to open them as that cheat still works.
