Suddenly can't max street art skill

My family member trying to supermax street art has run into a problem. She has managed to complete all 3 skill challenges. She has done more than enough masterpieces for the street credible lifetime want. However, her Street Art Skill seems 'stuck' a fraction short of it hitting the magical skill level 10 . I have done this combo before without trouble many many times in the past without issue. This one is in Roaring Heights and her husband is Francisco Battista, with his fully maxed painting skill and neurotic kleptomaniac tendencies.

Has anyone got any suggestions - I have tried resetting the sim, and am currently cleaning the caches.

If you haven't already, try evicting them as a form of resetting them to see if that helps. Then you can move them back into their house.

When I come across game glitches like this I sometimes export the family and their house and do a factory reset and try them in a new game of the same town to see if that helps.

As I have found the older the game gets the more glitchy it becomes and  making a fresh start with the family usually takes care of that for awhile.

I tried resetting the sim again after cleaning the caches and restarting the computer. The sim then supermaxed street art in an instant and completed the Street Credible LTW. Thanks for your help, Mrs Flynn!
