Hi all, it has been a good while that I've played a challenge. But I would like to give this one a go this weekend.
I already have seasons installed. Is there a way to disable it? Or do I have to uninstall season before I can do this challenge?

See if you can just uninstall it. Nice to see you back. :)

All done. Tricks = 56 X 2 = 112. Behaviors = 18.

112 + 18 = 130

I've been playing challenges mostly after they are done, but this one worked out with my schedule. So, here's my score:

Tricks: 56 X 2 = 112
Behaviors: 31 or 33
Total: 143 or 145

I had an odd thing happen with the behaviors. I kept track of which dog learned which behaviors. Then, on two occasions, the game told me that the dog had learned a behavior that it had already learned. At first I thought it was my mistake, but then it happened again. I don't know if you want to count those two behaviors. I had to do the work to retrain the dogs since they were doing the bad behavior again, but they had already learned it, so I don't know. I included my score with and without those 2 points so you all can decide.

Does anyone have a fix for the glitch that constantly says someone is aging up that prevents you from saving? I'd lose far too much progress to just exit without saving at this point, and I thought I'd be able to finish the challenge tonight but it's 10.30 already and I still have a few sim-days to go... I can just keep going til late if I have to, but I thought I'd ask anyway.

I am not familiar with that glitch. The challenge ends tomorrow night, not tonight if that's what you thought.

I know, I just meant that if I could fix the glitch I could save it and finish up tomorrow. It's okay, I should be able to finish it tonight.

Sorry for all the posting but I've run into a new issue with this glitch. One of my dogs is sick and I can't travel or take it to the vet, nor am I able to use buy mode to buy a table to treat it at home. It's midday on the last Wednesday so there's not much time left to go in the challenge - do I just continue with the sick dog, or post my score up to this point, or what? :/

I finished the challenge anyway so I'll post both scores, and of course if this counts as DNF or something that's fine too, but I'll post my scores anyway in case you want to take them.

Up to Wednesday midday (when dogs started getting sick and were unable to be treated):
Tricks: 37 (x2 = 74)
Behaviours: 28
Total: 102

Finished challenge (up to my starting sim aging to adult):
Tricks: 47 (x2 = 94)
Behaviours: 30
Total: 124

"Your Sim may have 3 dogs at a time brought to the household for inspection (at least one dog must be adopted)."

English isn't my first language. Can anyone explain what is meant by the sentence above?

Well, what we wanted to avoid is a player filling up all 8 household slots in one fell swoop. So, you'll need to add dogs in a few stages -- you can add 3 dogs (1 or 2 is also fine) at a time. And 1 of those dogs needs to be adopted.

Thank you I understand. I looked into uninstalling an expansion pack since I have seasons installed. This was possible before, but since Origin got an overhoal, you can only uninstall all content at once. Not one expansion pack. I think I will skip this one then. Too much hassle to uninstall everything, download and install it again without seasons. I might be able to delete the folder of the expansion or something, but I'm afraid it will break my other save games that use seasons. I will try again in the next few events, since I will have some time off soon :D too bad, I like a challenge that involves pets.

I had to skip this one too, because I had Seasons installed. I didn't realize you had to uninstall everything now. Definitely a hassle. I'll remind the rest of the team of this.

That was fun, doggy chaos.  Carla Ratliff trained 56 tricks and 48 treats.

56x2=112
112+48=160
