I wouldn't recommend the Acer Desktop due to it not being a gaming computer. I3 processors aren't made for gaming. It also doesn't have a dedicated video card. -- It's under minimum specs for the game also. Processor and graphics wise.
The CyberPowerPC is a good starter pc. It has a mid-level processor and 8GB memory. However, the video card is a lower-end and may have problems with playing the game - base game with all expansions and stuff packs.
The Tower PC from Walmart didn't give any computer specifications. (Info on the processor/memory or video card.) So I wouldn't recommend that one either. As when they don't post specs, it's an automatic out, in my opinion.
A good gaming desktop will run you anywhere between $600-$800 or more.
