Fairy can only use Train for 10 minutes IG then gets off for no reason.

my fairy sim has two totally normal moodlets and that's it - but she keeps on getting off the train and walking away! it prevents her for regaining her magic in time to bloom her crops. is there anything i can do?
she isn't hungry, she doesn't do anything after getting off, it's just like the train ride only lasts that long!
is there anything i could've somehow done wrong?
