Baby Graphics Glitch

I've only noticed this when I have infants/babies on the lot. I'll attach a screenshot of the phenomena. As I move the camera around and/or zoom this phenomena becomes animated until it finally goes away. Does anyone know what causes this and how it can be fixed? Thank you.

I really can't tell by the photo what's happening, however, you could try updating your graphics drivers and making sure it's not mods or cc interfering with the game.

I work with 3D models for my artwork and I think what I'm seeing here is a "mesh explosion". I just don't understand why it only comes from the infant or how to fix it. I don't have any mods that should affect infants in any way. I tried recording a video of it but I don't know where or how to post the .avi in-game video.

The only other thing I can think of is to try it in a new game to see if it's happening in a new game, with a new household to test. There might be something trying to corrupt your current game. I don't know, like I said I can't see the glitch well enough.
