Oh yeah, same. The new update, maybe?

I am done with the result of 11,220 minutes.

Something looks wrong with the spreadsheet... someone maybe messed it up.

Hopefully, Lena will address this quickly.

I have no idea how the people who've already finished this challenge got the scores they did, I'm currently looking at last place and I haven't even finished yet. I'm getting dangerously close to my sims dying before I'm done. :(

No worries. It can be a bit daunting if you're competitive and wonder how in the heck players pull off their scores. Try and just have fun and play against yourself. Easier said than done, I know.

  • I'm not home alone.  My sims are all here.

Final score - 9788.  Not my favorite challenge, and restaurants are not my best thing.  And no cruelty intended, but it would have been helpful if Geeta Rasoya had chosen some other restaurant to die in.

Edit - Just to be clear, restaurants aren't my favorite thing, but I still think this was a really good challenge.  Most of us probably don't try to do this combination of different things in a single game, and I think one of the things that makes a challenge good is that it pushes us to play differently than we normally would.

My sims are a couple days away from death and no matter what I do I cannot get the vet clinic past 3.5-4 stars. If people hadn't already posted scores to this challenge I'd think it was impossible.

I'm going to keep playing just in case a miracle happens, but I think it's unsaveable at this point so I'm just going to call it and say I failed.

@simemie -- sorry to hear about that. Let us know if the miracle happens to show up. :)

No such luck. Seems to be that whenever there's a challenge that it's possible to fail, I'll find a way. :P

In all seriousness though, next week I'll post more about what I did and hopefully someone can see what went wrong. I'm sure I'll have a "duh" moment, but right now I'm stumped.

Anyway... good luck to those finishing up their challenges! :)

I needed to knock this one out before my family heads to Florida for vacation in a couple days.

Total = 13535

Good luck to everyone finishing up....this event ends Sunday night, so hopefully more players will post scores. My family is off to Florida for a little vacation, but I did task the team to update the leaderboard while I am away. I'll close this event Monday morning and update the World Ranking.

I'm hoping to finish -
but this is more than it seemed to be when I read it 9 weeks ago.  It'll be a push this weekend.
