Home $52,978

This spaceship has been converted to a modern family home. Is this....is this thing FLOATING?! Why yes it is. It's ready to take off in a moments notice...you know, in the event it gets noticed. Enjoy a meal on the main deck or take a nap in one of the 3 sleeping pods (I think you humans call these bedrooms).

Bring the family on an imagination adventure. Tots and children can enjoy the playground. Everyone can enjoy a game of chess or a lovely family picnic. There have been rumors of aliens in the neighborhood. If your family is up for it, find the secret launching site and explore the stars together.

Home $41,963

To every little faierie in search of a house to claim their own, we have now a delicate and colorful 3 bedrooms for only $41 963 simflouzs, right across the Newcrest Family Park and Activities Center.

As you'll see in the plans, there is plenty of specialised room, to make it easier for the more absent minded ones to stay focused on their task. The limited pack content (base/holiday/OR) will allow most watcher to offer you this little house. The garden is left to your creativity, but has one set of monkey bar to help with movement skill, and a horseshoe stand, for more family fun.

The child/teen and adult bedroom are mostly utilitarian, made for sleep, but the toddler room contain a potty, friendly bear and a small library. The bathroom (with one Vampire toilet) is designed to limit the risk of being walked in. As you can see, wood is a prime material to help you feel in touch with Nature, and plants are nearly everywhere.

The wood is still present in the kitchen and adjacent dining/family room, with a large table to seat the family and a big screen to allow you to relax after a hard day of work. A rounded arch allow you to go from one room to another.  There is a safe place in the kitchen for the youngest family member to eat and supervise the cooks

Last but no least, the two skilling entertainment oriented rooms, the yellow focused, with bookcase, computer and chess table, and the orange inspired one, with violins for all age, easel and creativity table.

And so, this is the great view you would have if you had windows, but we all know flowers lack that particular achitectural item, and your house won't be an exception. The artificial lighting is sufficient and give a warm and stable light at all time, and it's safer for your vampires relatives in visit. You'll have to be outdoor to enjoy this view : The Newcrest familly friendly park:

As we don't doubt it'll become your secondary home, allow us to showcase you this wonderfull creation :
To make easier for sun-challenged families to enjoy the parc in the daytime, an activity center is part of the park.

Activities for children and stories times for toddlers will be held on a regular basis, while their parents or teen siblings can enjoy a good book and a moment of peace on a comfy sofa with soft music playing. Pottys for the youngest are easily availables and yet hidden from view.

Here you can notice our most special features : a heavy door to keep toddlers in their area with the Vampire Plush, and a "secret" one hiding as a bookcase to give even more incentive to your children to visit their own corner and hopefully not come back before the third chapter of Orbital Pudding. If you need a bigger challenge for your mind, there are two chess table that'll allow you to pretend you're a fairy. As you can see, witches should be able to feed their familliar on site

The toddler area has all your little one need to develop their skill, except for cubes. Think to turn down the music if they need a nap. The toddler area has an outside extension from the toddler pack, with a set of tunnels leading to a pool of balls and a strange "forest" with doll house and shaped bushes. Thankfully, they'll have to use the central door and you should see them escaping if you choose one of the strategically placed couches

And last of our features, the outdoor cooking area, that'll allow you to pretend you're watching your toddler in the tunnel or the slide, and vampires to die from grill fire like everyone instead of sunburn.

Magical Abode $54,953

Street View (at night for added spookiness)
A creepy house with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms for the discriminating witch or wizard and their family

First Floor (Overhead Shot)
The Great Room has a second-story ceiling for a more spacious feel.
An open-plan layout connects the Great Room to other parts of the home.
The master bedroom on your left comes with an ensuite.

The Living/Dining/Kitchen Area
This house makes a great venue for your gold-medal parties!
The kitchen seats eleven and the outdoor patio table seats an additional four sims.
Feeling tense after a hard day at school or work? Curl up in front of the fireplace and enjoy your fave program on the wall-mounted TV.

Second Floor (Overhead Shot)
The Great Room has a second-story ceiling for that feel of soaring heights.
The small checkered loft between the stairs and the bedrooms could be converted to a reading area.

Upstairs Bedrooms
These two bedrooms each have a private bathroom.
They accommodate a teen on your left and both a child and toddler on your right.
After all, what child doesn't demand a little privacy?

Live n Learn Park

Bird's Eye View
This is an after-dark shot to showcase the park's nighttime illumination.
The park entrance is found at the opposite end from the public restrooms.
A simple fountain occupies pride of place at the park's center.

Restrooms & Toddler Activities
Not much to say about the public restrooms except that they each have a sink, mirror, toilet, and potty.
The carpeted play corner is designed for toddlers to play, chat, learn with their caregivers, and generally chill.

Picnic Area
Here is where both sims and pets alike satisfy their noshing needs.
Besides what you'd expect to find in a picnic area, this space includes a litter box and an oh-so-important stereo for your toddler play dates.

Children's Activities
Here, you'll find everything your grade-school kids needs to forge ahead on their aspirations or to simply hang out with friends.
The medium-sized pool offers fun for all ages. Bathing caps not required.

Playgrounds
Separate playgrounds cater to the recreational wants of your toddlers and grade-school children.
A Voidcritter Battlestation sits nestled behind the Pirate Jungle Gym.
