WCIF car replacement mod

Hi wonderful simmers!

Wondering if anyone knows of a mod that will allow me to replace cars in the game with a specific style.  I noted one mod listed elsewhere that stopped all the cars/various vehicles, and that's not really what I'm looking for, and the site doesn't appear to be active anymore anyways.
