Hamper full of...clean? laundry

I'm having a problem with laundry. I have a full hamper. When it was about 2/3 full, I searched pockets and then the option to move to washer stopped working because the clothes are clean. The hamper is now overflowing and the clothes on the floor are also considered clean. I have reset both the hamper and the washer, with no change.  I have no mods.  Anyone else have this happen?

This is a known bug, currently all you can do is sell the hamper and buy a new one. Then have your sim change clothes again and do the washing.
