Laundry Stuff Problem [solved]

I read somewhere you can place washers/dryers on community lots. I am trying to do that on a lot I am working on and it says "object is missing its footprint resource".
Any idea as to what I am doing wrong?
I remember having the same problem when the toddler stuff came out. The outdoor toy had the same message and I couldn't place them either.

Okay, fellow Simmers, I found an answer to my question/concern!
I read online that even though Origin launcher announced this stuff pack had downloaded, it wasn't actually in my game, sooo, I checked it out and I found out that I didn't. Was suggested I repair my game, so after about 20 mins or so, we are back in business and my laundry stuff pack now shows in my game and works!
Hopefully, this will help anyone else who has this issue.
