@Metropolis Man, thanks. Numbers and I do not get along. I have dyscalculia and that part of the game is tough for me. I’m glad you are double-checking.

@xyliajames Next time you participate take a look at the spreadsheets i make. They will always calculate the score you have so you do not have to worry about that part :)

@LenaLJ, thanks, I will. I thought this one would be easy enough to keep up with on paper but obviously not. I save screenshots of all the numbers, though, and if I ever get close to the top of the board (after years of challenge practices, of course!), I’ll probably ask if I can forward those to the mod team so you guys can double-check that I haven’t written anything down wrong which might have inflated my score.

This challenge was super-fun while it lasted and I can’t wait till the next one. I’ve wanted to see inside a lot of those houses for a while now but I’ve never had it work out that way in my stories.

Well, I am blown away by the scores some people are managing.  Fair to say toddlers and me are not really a perfect fit, but I really did try. I am afraid my score is very limited a total of 4,125 toddler satisfaction multiplied by 1.4 = 5,775 total.  Good luck to those of you still going. Take care.

If I don't go crazy after this week I will treat myself to a(nother) bottle of wine   ::)
I am half way through my scoring file, flying on Friday morning for a well deserved vacation (not returning before the challenge end) and working till 10-11 pm every day :)))
Struggling to wrap all work, luggage + the scoring file till tomorrow evening so wish me luck  ;D

I look forward to read how everyone kept their sanity (if they managed to keep it) while the toddlers ran the house my secret was red wine but it starts to not work anymore

Cheers,
WP

PS: Almost signed with full name & work title  :o *hurries to get some red wine

I'm halfway through too.  Maybe I need to have some wine myself to get motivated.  ;D

Stop "whining" both of you! Oh, that was terrible. *groans* I promise I'll put a cork in it.

This challenges ends in just three days, so get those scores in soon.

Who's excited for the unveiling of the World Ranking on Monday?  ;D

Some excellent scores in this challenge  :). Not sure i'll be joining the world ranking with this one. Too many job interviews, barely spent 3 hours in SimLand since the last challenge. Haven't even had the chance to download and enjoy laundry or jungle adventures :( (plays world's smallest violin for me  ::)) Thought i could get started yesterday and then ended up with 2 interviews today...

I hope you will be able to get in and play this one out!  Our strategies are always a lot alike, so I really like to hear what you think of that I didn't.  This one gave me fits in practice.  I finally just had to accept what I couldn't control and move on.  :D

I also wish you well in your interviews - I have been going through those as well.  It's great to have a lot of opportunities, but it's grueling to be constantly interviewing.  I recently got an offer from a company I've had my eye on for awhile, so it's a job I really wanted.  Just waiting for the background check to finalize and then get a start date.  I hope your interviews go well and that you also land where you really want to be!

Thanks @GlazeyLady. I have a strategy that i think would get me a high score (from the practice i did) that i will post anyway, even if i cannot get to play (another interview tomorrow and a 4 hour with tests and presentation Monday). I don't mind interviews but so far its been 2-4 interviews per job (its a bit like doing The Apprentice) and Monday's is round 3(hopefully final round) of a job i really want so i think i should prep and not play, as much as i love my Sims :p

You can just get the mail when the adult is allowed to pay the bills.
