Landgraab Cellars keystone

I can't find the Landgraab Cellars keystone.  It goes at the top of the stairs on the third floor.  Also, where is the Charm Keystone?  Thanks!

The first keystone you say to put in (steps leading up to the third floor).....where do you get that one?

I haven't played with World Adventures in awhile, this is why I suggested to read through the walk-through, it should help with the quests.

I just want to add if you see this, that this walkthrough that Mrs Flynn posted is great! All you have to do is type in the name of the adventure and you will get a pic by pic guide in what to do and where to go.
