Hey, MC Hammer is not ancient! U Can't Touch This is only, like, 27 years old, oops.

When my sim aged up to an adult, he had $526,840 and 70 unique upgrades.
$526,840 x 2.40 = $1,264,416

@simemie   The same thing you experienced happened to me. I got an "Almost birthday" message on Thursday at 8am and thought, "Okay, I have until Saturday 8am."
But my sim aged up around 8pm on Friday, just like your sim. I guess it's a short lifespan thing. :D

NOOOOOOOOO! *Cries uncontrollably* :) Seriously, I knew my score would last maybe a day. And....I was right! Hats off, oshizu. Smoking hot score.

My sim, Chuck Timmerman, completed 37 unique upgrades for a multiplier of 1.74 and earned $48, 255.  This gave me a total of $83, 9964.  Judging by some of the other totals I need to get much better with my time management.  I can't wait to hear everyone's strategies.

Stop, hammer time!

Okay, I don't feel so old. You're dating yourself. Lol.

@Metropolis Man, my Sim's name for this challenge is James Taylor. Are you old enough to get that reference?

The singer-songwriter? Oh, heck yes. His stuff is not at the top of my list...I lean a bit more to Zeppelin, Aerosmith, Bad Company, etc....but, in the right situation *wink wink* I can do James Taylor.

(By the way @Metropolis Man I hate to be the one to point it out, but I think workingmum8 needs to be above me on the scoreboard?)

Hi, so, 8pm birthday for my sim too.

House funds is 395 181§ and Bree Coller made 19 upgrades.

If I'm right, the multiplier is 1.38, for a total score of 545 349,779

Oshizu, I'm very impressed by your 70 upgrades, so looking forward to learn what you upgraded.

We have a lot of new players this season and I just wanted to give a heads up on scores and decimal places -- I drop anything after a decimal for simplicity. Even if a score is 2345.999 I'll just drop the .999 and put 2345 on the leaderboard.

Oh, sure. It's just that I wasn't sure how to cut the number, and the '','' on the leaderboard numbers confused me as here, we only use them for decimals.

Ah, okay. Maybe the "," is just an American thing? Not sure.
