Issue running the sims 4

Hey all,

Looking for some help, my wife is trying to run the sims 4 and is getting the opening splash screen, it doesn't do anything after that, no loading beyond that, the music eventually stops then shes essentially stuck with the game open.

OS: Windows 10 Home 64 bit Processor: AMD A6-7310APU with AMD Radeon R4 Graphics (4 CPUs, 2.0 GHZ) Memory: 8192RAM

You might try lowering the in-game resolution to see if that helps. Deactivate Origin In-Game, try loading the game in Windowed mode as well as these other troubleshooting tips in the post linked below:

Thanks that actually worked in getting me past the screen I was stuck on.

It's showing the loading screen but taking a while, unsure if its stuck or not.

It may take a bit, as the AMD A processors aren't made for gaming they are more of a daily task, office/school type of computers. Due to that they won't have good gaming performance, and will most likely be really slow or not work all that well.
