My sim got stuck on a frickin rock

my sim somehow got stuck up on a little rock and she can't get down. she's not frozen or anything, just can't get anywhere. I tried the "resetSim First name Last name"cheat but it didn't help. anyone know how else to fix this?

Have you already tried having your sim use her phone to select Travel and go to a different lot?
