Publishing a book to publisher

My character just turned level 5 in writing. It said I can now publish to a publisher, but I cant seem to figure out how. Thoughts? Thanks in advance.

Have the book in your sims inventory and click on the mailbox. 'Self publish' will also be an option but you get more money by sending the book to the publisher.
