Open up Origin, Go to Game Library. Right click on the game, and select Game Properties, check the box to disable Origin in game, for this game. (Sims 4)
Or you can disable it for all games by:
Go to the Origin menu > Application Settings > Origin In Game and make sure it's un-checked or turned Off.
