Terrified dog

New development. My sim’s dog is constantly afraid. He’s got no traits that would seem to trigger this. When my sim asks what’s wrong, he gives her an icon of a sim wearing a lampshade. There’s a message saying he just needs a minute to calm down, but he never calms down. I have taken him off the lot. Still terrified. I have had the sim do everything and no matter what, he’s scared.

Thoughts?

Did Summer recently get a preventative shot or have a Wellness treat?

This also happened to my dogs.
I ended up typing out the reset code in a text file so I could later copy and paste it into my cheat panel for subsequent problems with visits to the vet clinic.
