I'm glad they left us some empty lots, and that the 64 x 64 is unoccupied so that I don't have to feel guilty about evicting the family so I can build on the lot.  . Tearing down Oakenstead is one of the first things I do in a new save. I never have enough big lots to play on.

I'm surprised as everyone else that the Cats & Dogs pack didn't give us more premade townies to play with.  We have exactly 7 new premade sims and 7 new premade pets, lol!

But I totally agree with you, @meubanks , there are many empty or unoccupied lots and they are mostly very affordable (apart from the 64x64).
I can't wait to start playing a game in Brindleton Bay!
