How Many Life States in Your World?

Quick question to wrap my head around this:  Do your offspring have to have the different colored skin in order to be considered a fairy, or is it just the parents?  I'm thinking we get a little leeway where fairies and witches are concerned...like we have to accomplish all the requirements for the occult type, and maybe the skin doesn't matter?

For fairies, the skin does matter, not for the witches.

In my Affini Life State dynasty my first set of children are soon very ready to move out.
The parents have completed their aspiration nearly a week ago.

So the question is, when exactly does my second 24 hours of baby making periode start?
When the first child moves out?
When i decide to switch the parents aspirations?

If you have six children in the house, your parents won't be able to try for baby until at least 1 child moves out -- there just won't be the option. If you have fewer than 6, you can try as soon as the parents have both completed their aspirations.

Yes

No. It's something outside your control.

Are Wishing Well children full family members like an adopted child would be?

Yes. The only difference is that they enter the family as a child instead of a baby. That's why you can only use the Wishing Well to ask for children once every 24-hour period.

Only thing i can add to that is that my latest ghost child from the wishing well did only show up as everyones roomate, not sibling or child.

I was doing a short practice last night and got an evil child and the same thing happened; he wasn't related to anyone in the household. I did have the other parent off lot adopting at the time, so I wonder if that has something to do with it? If an adoption is in progress, maybe the game can't add a wishing well child to the family properly at the same time.

I just looked at the relationship panel for my Wishing Well child: her parents show up as Mother and Father, and even her alien sibling shows up as her brother. I didn't look in CAS, but I wouldn't worry about what that says.

Each YA moved out should be a different life state from the previous one, and have a different job and different group of good friends.

I just want to make sure I am interpreting this correctly. Do we have to go through all of the careers before repeating or do careers and good friends just have to be different from the previously moved out YA?
