Sims 3 not working due to cc

I installed some custom contest and my sims 3 is not working. it is just a black screen. i had already a lot a custom contest and it was ok before. I deleted all the mods and now i want o uninstall  the custom content but it says "not responding" and it s not working. I deleted them from the download folder but still my sims goes black .What can i do?

If you haven't yet, start with a new Sims 3 folder and then copy your saves in without any cc or mods. As described in the link below.
