How to hack job performance?

Hello

I'm a bit stuck in my games. I can't find how to hack job performance.
My sims are at level 8 in programming, but I can't find the option in the computer, nor in the phone.

Can it be a computer related trouble?
I have the 4000$ one.
I've looked in all the "programming", "carreer" and "web" options, and I think all of the others of the computer, but I may have missed some.

I've tried to open the computer option with my sim being focused.

Can it be because I only have base game + get together, and so missing the add-on that would allow to hack the job performance?

Is my game possibly glitched and not offering me the option?

Sorry if it was asked before, but the search didn't returned a result for that specific trouble, and thank you for everyone who will be able to help me.

It is found under programing > hack(ing) on the PC, and requires level 6 in programing skill. If you look there and you are level 6 in programing, you may try resetting both your sim and your computer. If that don't work try repairing Sims 4 on origin (right-click Sims 4 and select Repair), and selling and replacing the PC in-game.

Just to add to scoeds answer, hacking is a base game interaction so you should be able to find it following scoeds directions. Try getting your sim in the focused mood before looking for the interaction on the PC also sometimes pc's bug out so you could also try selling and buying and replacing with a new one.

Thank you both, it's really a game glitch then, because I never find the option.
I'll try replacing the computer, and I'll test it on other games now I'm sure to where to look.
