The Sims Pet Stories: Live Mode no longer works at community lots

 I play The Sims Pet Stories for a long time now, and the last 2 days the community lots don't work. Whenever I choose to a sim to go to a community lot, the taxi picks the sim up and when it's supposed to arrive at the lot, the lot loads but without the Live Mode. The Buy and Build Modes are working but there is no live mode. And no sims are at the lot. Only objects and buildings. I've tried to rename the game's folder but it didn't work... What's the problem all of a sudden?
