Enable female hair cc to males? [Solved]

Sorry if this isn't in the wrong place, I'm really new here!

So, I found out off a CC maker on Tumblr that you can enable female hair cc to males, how is this done? I have Sims 4 Studio 3.1.0.2.. I also don't have a clue on how you're supposed to like, add in the CC in the first place. I bet it's super easy and I just haven't been focusing enough to find out how, but if someone could assist me I'd be very grateful as this is an issue that has been bugging me for a month now.  :-[

If you have anymore questions regarding Sims 4 Studio, it may be best to ask them over at their site. http://sims4studio.com/ As they have better knowledge of the program and how to do things with it.
