Toddler Stuff Pack Cooler

Can the new cooler that comes with the Toddler Stuff pack be used by toddlers?  I want to figure out if I'd like to buy this pack.

I'm pretty sure that it can't be opened by toddlers. They might be able to sit on it, since ordinary coolers function as chairs.

I got this mainly for the clothing and hair, but the tunnels, slide and ball pit are really cute, especially since they improved the look of the ball pit.
