I'm sorry the tips didn't help.
There is the tip of restarting your router, shut down your windows firewall and disable your antivirus software for testing purposes. Open ports on the router and clearing the DNS cache or testing a Goggle DNS.

If a uninstall/reinstall didn't help, then it maybe best to contact EA's CS for assistance or report the issue AHQ's Origin forum to see if they can help, if you haven't already.
