My sim is stuck in the same spot

My sim was walking outside to meet a friend and suddenly got stuck in this position and will not move no matter what i do. I enabled testingcheats and then shift+clicked on her and reset(Debug) her and it didn't work. When it was time for my sim to go to work, it said she left but was still standing there and was only at work for like 2 seconds then it said she came back even though she never left that spot.

I tried to travel off the lot but even that didn't work. how do i fix this?

Have you cleared the caches and repaired the game yet? That would probably be my next step.
