How do i make all sims that arent in my household leave my lot?

My boyfriend on sims doesn't live with me but randomly comes over and walks in the house and doesn't leave. There's usually a "Ask to Leave" action but there isn't one this time. I would usually lock my house doors and gate to the fence around my house but i had to unlock it when i hired a nanny to watch my sim, and now even she wont leave. All doors and gates are unlocked but they wont leave.
