Missing/blank/greyed out photos
« on: August 09, 2017, 10:30:58 PM »
So, i my game has been perfectly fine this past month and ive been working on a family!  Ive been keeping up to date by taking photos of the children and using the photo booth and also utilizing greeting cards as a way of making my family feel more "real".  But today, i was playing normally when i noticed that my game loaded with blank photos.  All the photos are blank even the photos in the personal inventory.  I have NEVER moved my family out of my home so please dont suggest i load a save before i moved my family because i never moved them out!  I still have my TravelDB file and i never deleted anything from the saves.  This happened randomly when i started my game.  Ive already tried reloading a backup and oddly enough  its happening there too!  Its like my whole sims 3 saves are like this because everything was working fine last night.

Someone please help i went through all this work and i dont want to lose any of it ): im seriously upset about this because i didnt move my family out nor did anyone go to college or take a vacation!  So i dont know whats happening!

I think this may be a gameplay bug. As I've had something similar happen in my game = all photos from the photobooth/greeting cards went blank and they're not fixable.

I tried clearing my game cache files and that didn't help, Sims 3 factory reset, Nraas debug enabler, resetting the town using Nraas MasterController and tried a backup as well. Nothing worked. Tried to search on the problem, but wasn't able to find much info on it other than it's a gameplay bug, and there isn't any way to fix it.
