I'm sorry, this is a dumb question but..................... how do you make a album for yourself and how do you upload pictures? Should we take screenshots in sims and upload the ones that we want to from those?Thanks for answering!:) I don't know what I am doing with the pictures so I need help. Haha Thank You

Yes, you take screenshots in the game using either the camera button or by pressing the "C" key.  While logged into the Gallery, click on Files near the top, then click Albums.  On that screen, there will be a New Album button.  Once you've got your album created, follow the steps outlined in the first post of this topic.

Hi - I'd created an account and loaded a few pics up many moons ago.  I was logging in again to put up pics for a starving students project story and it says I've been banned from coppermine.  I can't imagine why except for disuse, I think the only pic I'd loaded up there was a picture of a wedding.  Could someone un-ban me please?

I've just registered an account on here because I wanted to post a story I've been working on, but when I tried to register for this to post images with it, I got a message from Pam saying that I need to have at least 10 posts. Oh well. One down, nine to go!

Not sure if this goes here, technical help or a computer problem that can't be answered here.

I used to go to the gallery, follow the normal steps, click to open up the documents,  but I can't find the EA folder.
I can go to documents on my computer and find the EA folder which then lets me go to screen shots and get to my pictures (taken from the launcher) but I can't get there from the gallery.

Anyone have a solution?  Or is it a computer problem that isn't connected.

I am doing a project and want to show photos I am taking and I can't get to them.

I'm not sure if this is what you mean . First you need to select the "Album " and then click on " Upload Queue " and this should open the file where all of your sims screenshots are . Hope this answers what you need to do .

I didn't make it clear, my fault, that is what I do, and it opens as normal, but the EA folder isn't there. 

But, when I go to my computer and click on documents, and it has the list of folders, the EA is there and I can go to the screenshots.  It just doesn't make sense, why I can go from my computer but not from the gallery. 

The only thing different I can think of is that I had tried out a free trail of AVG virus protection, it has expired and I don't have the funds to buy it now, but don't see how that could have affected it.

What does it say when you go to choose the images?   

When I open my gallery account, I hit the Browse button and it pulls up a window just like the ones I see when opening documents from the start menu.  Here's a picture of it.

The same thing, except mine are in folders.  That is what has me confused.  In the gallery, it isn't showing up at all.  When I go to the browse button, it shows all of the folders, but none with the title of Electronic Arts, like I see from my computer, weird.

If your screen looks exactly like mine, make sure that all the options are the same.   You can change the look of it if you want.   Would you mind taking a screenshot of what it looks like after you hit the Browse button?  You'll need to do a print screen and save it using paint.   Since you're having trouble with the gallery, try using imageshack for this one photo so we can take care of your problem.  If you don't feel comfortable showing that much of your computer layout, you can always send me the picture via PM and we can continue the conversation there.
