My Sims 4 base game furniture is gone

Hi! I have no idea what happened and that's why I'm posting this message so that maybe someone could help me. So I recently got the Vampire/Toddlers pack and now the parenthood pack at first after making a household they'll get stuck on an infinity loading screen but I fixed that. But now all of my base game furniture is gone. I tried removing all my cc mods. And I don't have downloaded furniture mods. I tried starting everything over but the furniture doesn't even show. I bought a furnished apartment and I wanted to rebuild it but there's not furniture, I even sent the fridge to my household inventory but I can't even find it there. It's like it disappears into a black hole. Could someone please help? Thank you.

Have you tried repairing your game (right-click it in Origin and select repair)? It's a must after installing new packs to avoid bugs and messed up features. And welcome to the forum

When stuff is missing from Build/Buy mode like that, it means you have some outdated mods/cc.

You will need to move your mods folder to the desktop, check the game again. If everything is back to normal in Build/Buy, then you'll want to go through your mods to find which one or ones that are outdated.

You could try repairing the game, like Nindigo mentioned, but if you've got outdated mods/cc it may not help. What will be more help is checking on the mods/cc.

Here is a question, have you checked to see if you have any filters on? That can make whole packs stuff go missing, like say the base game. Always check the easiest fix first. Second try repairing the game. Third uninstall all mods and CC and repair the game. If still no luck I am at a loss.
