What does the message say for unlocking plumbob island?

I found one that reads "My face itches and my clothes are ragged and I'm pretty sure a tortoise stole my wallet."
And Another that reads "Need food badly. Feel like I'm wasting away again. Can't even find a shaker of salt."

When you find it, you will have the island instantly. When you look for it in your inventory, it will just say something about a puzzle.
