Since manipulate life spirit makes a sim forget he ever knew your sim does that mean he also forgets that you borrowed money from him or does he somehow remember that even though he forgot everything else.

One way you could test this is to have your vampire try asking that same sim for a loan again.

If your vampire's unable to borrow money, means that sims didn't forget everything. 

Aliens also have a power to make a sim forget they discovered the alien's true identity. I wonder if the alien's swipe memory and borrowing money works the same way for aliens as for vampires.
