Is that usual for Seatlle this time of year???  ???  If so I may reconsider moving there in the furture!  :P

It's currently 13 was 7 yesterday and even though were told we'd get 8 inches in snow ( iwas hoping for work being cancelled) we didn't get it. So no free sim day for me!!  :'( At least I'll have some down time today at work to update the blog. The Legacy fam is moving along slowly but nicely.

My wife travels to Seattle a couple times a year for work. The last time she came home, she told me if we ever win the lottery she wants to move there because it's so beautiful. I've never been to the Northwest part of the country, but I'd like to tag along for one of her future trips.

You're all so lucky  :'(

Down here in Australia, we've got nothing but small amounts of rain and HOT days! I wish it would snow for Christmas! But I don't think it's done that for 500 billion years :( (not literally that long, but not in my lifetime.)

By the way, I've been spelling Mum as Mom because I love America and decided I would pretend to be American. But I'm not so I want my mummy. Not mommy... lol! I like saying Mom, no, mum, mom SHUT UP CHEESE BUDDY!

;D We have already had an inch of snow this year down south. Which is unusual, because it doesn't generally snow till like January or so. I am hoping for a good winter where I stay bundled up in the house and watch the falling snow out the window. Funny in summer I wish for fall. In fall I wish for winter and then in winter I wish for warmer days  ::) I am never satisfied.

Snow in Copenhagen today! Oh joy! ;D
I have to get through this to get to work, not so joy. :-\

And we have COP 15 going on right now. That's the big global climate conference that's supposed to save the world or something, well they're blocking traffic, that's what I know. I really recommend watching these kinds of things on TV. From very, very far away. The place where I work is less than a mile from the conference center. :(
And I work in the same institution where the Centre for Biosecurity and Biopreparedness (read anti-bioterror) is located, they're totally on alert right now. :(
And now the state leaders have started to arrive it will be even worse. Robert Mugabe is in my city right now. I thought he wasn't even allowed to enter the EU! :( :(

So between the Christmas shoppers, fat cat politicians motorcades, tens of thousands of demonstrators, police randomly closing roads or stopping people, giant balloons designed to teach me the volume of 1 ton of CO2 getting loose and rolling into the street and now the snow... Traffic will be SO BAD!!! :'(

And tomorrow Obama is coming, again. Last time he was here they closed down the entire inner city every time he got in his car and they won't tell us when 'cause it's a secret. Well I have to get through the inner city to get to work. And home again. :(
I should just bring my sleeping bag to work...

Oh well, the Governator is here too. He said he would be back, giggles. ::)

And it kind of tickles me that all the suits will be sitting there discussing global warming and then they can't get back to their hotels because there's a snow storm. :D

It's 6.30 in the morning and I can hear the snowplow outside. I'm leaving now and hopefully all the demonstrators and politicians will still be in bed and the snow will still be all nice and white instead of nasty and black from the cars. :)

We had the perfect snow shower over the weekend. The weather so great for winter, just below 30, that way the snow sticks but I'm not freezing my butt off even in a down filled winter coat that goes to me knees and two sweater and two pairs of pants. That's what I was wearing not too long ago when it was 8 degrees!! >:(

Anywho, the snow was sticking to the trees and was gorgeous. And there wasn't so much snow that you had to spend 2 hours digging your car out of the snow. I wish every winter day was like this. Hopefully it snows again because I want to take my niece sledding!! :D

Sorry I didn't see this sooner!

I am in Iowa and we had 14 inches of snow that day.  We are getting ready for blizzard #2 this week.   I hope they cancel work again I only have one vacation day left and I don't want to use it....

We are expecting another 12-15 inches of snow Wednesday to Thursday talk about a travel nightmare!   They are playing the weather crisis music on the news (anyone who lives in climate with extreme weather knows what I am talking about  ;D )
