I would like to buy a gaming computer for the Sims 4. Is this pretty decent to play at medium to high graphics levels?

I would say maybe. The AMD FX 6300 processor is a mid-range processor so it may have some performance issues with Sims. Play around with the settings to find what suits you best. :)
