Faceless Children? (Mod related)

So I went to adopt a kid today (first time since installing GTW) and all the toddlers and children (not babies) were faceless. I assumed/hoped this was just a thumbnail issue and went to adopt a toddler anyway but alas, they're still faceless. Has anyone else had this issue/knows why it's happening?

Welcome to the forum. :) Looks like a mod or cc issue. Take out all/any mods and cc that you have and delete the localthumbcache.package file from your The Sims 4 folder. Start a new game, adopt another child and see if everything is normal. If it is you can then start figuring out what mod or piece of cc is causing the issue.
