Problems in the Film Director Career

Hi, are any of you familiar w/any problems in this career? I have a sim who is lev 6 and in spite of the fact that her celeb status has a slight smile and her fun bar was completely green, and she has all of the required skills, she still got demoted instantly 3 times in a row from being promoted from lev 6 to lev 7.

I know something is wrong now. I used nraas MC to bump her up to the next lev and she *still* got instantly demoted. I tried giving her another celeb pt and then bumping her up to lev 7 and she *still* got instantly demoted. One thing though, is that she also got a raise at the same moment. Maybe there's a programming conflict there?

I'm not an expert on Late Night, but does she have enough friends?

Friends are not really needed for this. However, she does have plenty of friends. She is at charisma lev 4

I found the problem. I also went to nraas and asked over there. I found out that I had the careers module set at "only one may lead" and there must be another sim who is at that same level. Evidently this controls every level in the film career.
