My baby won't sleep!

My sim just gave birth and after getting the rest of her baby's needs up she put her in the panda crib. Her energy is around 40% and its going down while she's in the crib! How do I get her to sleep?

On the PC version the Babies don't sleep until they are tired, otherwise they would be asleep all the time in their Crib. But since you are on a Console I would reccomend saving then playing on to see what happens, if the child gets taken away just exit without saving. I am pretty sure that it's normal for you Baby not to sleep even in the crib, until they are tired enough to drop off.

Don't worry about your baby not sleeping it's the same thing that happens in the PC games, they won't sleep until they're tired. Just place them in the crib and should sleep when they want to. I've never once had my child taken away because he wouldn't sleep in the crib...

Okay well there was that one time  was trying to kill off the parents to get an achievement but that's something else entirely.

Yes there is. It involves them dying then being brought back to life. I was also trying to accomplish the "go through the death of 10 family members" challenge.

I assume that was for a Legacy type of challenge they built in but most people will just get big families and kill them off.
