Best Spawn Site

What is the best place for spawning rocks that I can dig in the neighborhood of Oasis Spring? I found a great place in Willow Creek. But I want to find the same in Oasis Spring. In the pic is the house with the green plumbob. It is the best location I have found for spawning rocks. I would like to move my sims into house in a location like this in Oasis Springs. Thanks for any help

The neighborhood where Johnny Zest lives in a new save has quite a few dig sites that spawn so that might be your best option.
