I love giving pre-made elders the opportunity to live their lives to the full.
I've aged down Granny Shue and Louis Swete from Hidden Springs and they make a cute couple.
Louis also pairs well with Cassidy Earthsong and they make nice looking kids together too.
My latest attempt at giving Sims a 'real' life is taking my Founder sim in AP to the Uni campus and moving sims in with her, via NRaas>add sim, so I can play them and bring them back to AP.
I researched original Uni residents on Sims Wiki and found 42 students living in rental homes, 33 sims living in dorms, as well as 65 homeless sims!
So it will take some time to move 140 sims from Uni to AP, to repopulate that now empty town.
The first wave I focused on elders, of which there were six in town.

Norm Cramsky, a homeless sim with a degree in Communications, who immediately started building his nerd cred as his LTW is to earn Max Influence With All Social Groups, something I've never done!
Peter Horne, a homeless Communications major sim, who's LTW of Heartbreaker I changed to Illustrious Author because he is a Bookworm and I don't like the Heartbreaker LTW!
The lovely lady he's flirting with is Francis Parks, a sim who had been living in the Grandma and Granddaughters household with her two daughters, Sasha and Ruby.
Francis also has a degree in Fine Arts and has a part-time job while at Uni, but she never actually goes to it. Though that could have either been the result of using MC>add sim on her or some other game issue. Her LTW is Surrounded BY Family, and she popped a wish to get married first thing, hence the flirting with Peter!
Rex Lovelace is an elder sim living in the frat house, of all places! A communications major that ended up with the Renaissance Sim LTW as it's randomized for him when you start playing in Uni.
His three skills will be fishing, photography, and writing as that will work fairly easily, especially using the multi-tabs that all of them received when they moved in!
The last elder, Robert Richards, has a Business Degree with the LTW of Surrounded by Family which I had planned on doing but then changed my mind and switched it to Super Popular, as he kept popping wishes to make friends.
The game had made Robert a vampire and he spent a lot of time with Rex, since he wasn't an active student.
Since he's married to adult, Debbie Richards, a Business major and the professor for the lecture class, I included her as well.
And even though many of them had enough credits to graduate, Debbie Richards was the only one that got to attend graduation.
I'm not sure why, but even with only four of them being active students, my founder, Rex, Peter, and Debbie, all 8 of them earned an 'A' that semester, but since most of them had less than stellar grades going in, their degrees ranged from 'A' to 'C's.
